8 participants (4 boys and 4 girls) from 3 gymnastics clubs were selected to follow the Basic Gymnastics Coaching and Spotting Seminar 2013 on Saturday 03 August 2013 at Flacq Youth Centre. The objective of the seminar was to enable existing and potential coaches to enrich themselves in gymnastics and in the different techniques of coaching and spotting. The seminar was a sweet success since all participants were greatly satisfied from the conduct of such a seminar.
